Office of Academic Innovation
Vince has been an instructional designer since 2000, and his favorite thing continues to be working with faculty members to improve their online courses. Originally, he went to college to become an elementary school teacher, and Vince continues to use the skills he learned in "teaching school." After getting his teaching certification (Aquinas College, 1992), Vince earned a master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education (1994) from Michigan State University, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D., 2004) from Portland State University. When he's not in the office, you'll find him rock climbing somewhere either inside or outside, mountain biking, or hiking in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge.
