Students who were previously admitted to Portland State, have been absent for two or more terms, and/or attended another college or university since leaving Portland State should complete the online Re-Enrollment Request Form.
After submitting the Re-Enrollment Request, students will receive an email within 4-5 business days which will include the following information:
- Student account login refresher
- Academic standing
- Registration status and dates of registration
- Information about how to get in contact with your adviser
- Outstanding registration requirements and/or holds
Students who have attended another college or university after leaving Portland State are REQUIRED to submit updated official transcripts after completing the Re-Enrollment Request.
