Behavioral Health Aide Project Director - Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board

The Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB) oversees the Northwest Tribal Epidemiology Center where Good Health and Wellness, WEAVENW is housed. The Project Coordinator will also support WEAVE-NW team and addressing chronic health disease in Tribal communities.

The Project Coordinator will serve as the focal point for project communication, subaward support and coordination of the Breastfeeding Coalition. The Coordinator will provide a broad range of support services for WEAVE-NW Tribal team and sub awardees. The Project Coordinator will maintain WEAVE-NW’s website and social media accounts.

Case Manager - Clackamas County Health Centers

This position will be providing case management and skills training services for adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. Some adults receive treatment for substance use also. The Case Manager performs skills training, case management, care coordination, and medication training for individuals with mental health problems or co-occurring mental health and substance abuse.  The Case Manager works with family and community partners to provide education and coordinate access to resources, benefits, and supports.  The person in this position must meet the requirements of a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) as outlined in the Oregon Administrative Rules. The Case Manager in this position must be very skillful in interacting and engaging with a diverse client base while maintaining professionalism in a stressful environment. The position will include in-home visits and transporting individuals as part of a service delivery model.

Latinx Mental Health Clinician - Sexual Assault Resource Center (SARC)

This is a permanent part-time position (approx. 20-hours per week). *OPEN UNTIL FILLED* The Latinx Mental Health Clinician will be providing direct clinical support to clients in SARC's Alder Program with focus on the Latinx population. The right candidate will be able to conduct phone screenings and in-person intakes, manage regular caseloads, provide therapy which includes drafting and adjusting initial treatment plans, and efficiently exercise professional discretion and independent judgment. This candidate will also perform extensive data collection, reporting, and administer quality assurance surveys as directed by the Alder Program or Executive Direction. Fluency in Spanish is required, but bi-cultural candidates are preferred. A Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, PMHNP, Marriage, Family Therapy, or other related field is required. Guide/Advisor/Coach - Wayfinding Academy

We have a team of Guides who serve as academic advisors, coaches, and mentors for our students. Each Guide serves approximately 5 students at a time and ideally works with them through their entire 2 year experience at Wayfinding Academy.

The primary role of a Guide is to (1) help the students navigate the academic requirements of the program in an informed and intentional way; (2) help the students build a strong effective portfolio they can use to show the world who they are and what they can do and (3) help their students make connections in the community and choose learning opportunities (e.g., Labs, Learn & Explore trips, internships) that are a good match for them. Guides also provide support for students on their personal journeys in addition to their academic and professional ones.

Time Commitment: 10 hours per week on average year round. Additionally, guide training will take place August 3rd and 4th from 10am-4pm.
